This 4224 sq ft building has four, 12x12 doors and two bays with a lift and a crane system. There is also a section of the shop that is specifically used for automotive painting. This room is separated from the main work area. The building has an office section, and full living quarters with a bedroom, bathroom, shower, laundry and kitchen facility. The shop is heated with propane and with an ingenious wood heating system. This existing wood system heats the entire shop. The yard contains a large lockable swinging gate, a 440 sq ft canopy that is currently being used as wood storage, a 735 sq ft lean to storage building, and a back gated entrance.
